Common Symptoms:
- If a new FOBIK remote does not lock/unlock doors.
- If you insert key and it won't turn at all.
- If you turn the vehicle to OFF and key won't go back past ACC leaving accessories ON.
- If you have to put pressure while turning KEY to CRANK or you have to 'wiggle' the key to find right spot to get the vehicle to start or stay running.
- If you remove the KEY and the vehicle stays running
- If while driving the vehicle turns OFF when hitting 'bumps' in the road.

The processing begins once we have your cleared payment and module for repair. Please allow extra shipping time and an additional surcharge for Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Alaska. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority at a flat rate.
Items are eligible for returns within 14 days from delivery date. Item must be in original condition and fully functional. A 30% restocking fee applies to electronic modules and all actual shipping charges are deducted. ($12.50 for free shipping). If you choose to use the return label provided there will be an additional deduction of $12.50.
